We're pleased to be working with Profi to provide customized cycling apparel for the 2022 cycling season. All sales are final, as items are made to order. This also means that exchanges cannot be accommodated for improper sizing. Please try everythign on prior to ordering.

When will my items arrive?

Typical delivery time is 6-8 weeks from when the store closes. You can see the date your store will close in the header. You will get order updates along the way as your items move through the production process. You can always see your current order status using our order lookup page found in the footer of the website.

What if it doesn't fit, can I exchange for a different size?

We only produce what is ordered, so unfortunately we can not accommodate any exchanges or returns due to sizing issues. Those would need to be facilitated by trading other members on your team. We are happy to provide a sizing kit to any teams. Please reach out to your team administrator for details on how to access the sizing kit. Additionally, we have detailed sizing guides available on the website.

Where will I get my order?

Depending on where you're located, you'll be presented with different shipping options at checkout. If you have an option for "local pickup", that means you will need to pick your items up from your team administrator. We will deliver all "local pickup" orders to that person to dispurse. If local pickup is an option, only select it if you're available to pick the items up from your team admin.
